Margaret Hughes is an accomplished business leader with a strong background in tax compliance and family office advisory. A CPA with more than 16 years of experience, she has advised high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on tax strategy, risk assessment, technology selection, and governance design.
Margaret has always believed that business and community go hand in hand. Raised in a service focused family, she has long paired leadership with giving back through volunteer and advisory roles. Today, she often describes her work as being a “philanthropy broker”—helping clients identify nonprofits that align with their values and passions to create meaningful impact.
Grayson K Hughes - The "King"
Grayson Hughes brings more than 17 years of leadership in the real estate and civil engineering industry, guiding projects from concept to completion with a focus on impact and long-term value. His expertise spans project management, permitting and entitlement, and the design of critical infrastructure—including drainage strategies, water and wastewater infrastructure, and pavement systems.
As a trusted partner to developers, architects, contractors, and community stakeholders, Grayson is known for creating solutions that balance innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. He leads with a collaborative, value-driven approach that ensures each project not only meets technical requirements but also strengthens the community it serves.
